In 2023, in Bicaz, a city of 6,500 inhabitants, Ionuț Ursu donated a new, ultra-modern unit to the city hospital. He initially started with the idea of setting up a neurological rehabilitation and post-SARS COV-2 infection medical unit in the immediate post-pandemic period and ended up building an ultra-modern treatment and medical recovery base.
Ionuț Ursu represents the Volunteer for Life Association, an NGO that has been a partner of RMC Debitare
Laser since 2017. Whenever Ionuț Ursu presented his soul projects to us,
we, those at RMC, said YES! and supported him in his endeavors. Ionuț Ursu is a graduate of the Faculty of Geography, so wherever he put his finger on the map, he also took us, those at RMC Debitare Laser, thus offering us the joy of making gestures of the soul.

The map of good deeds traveled by RMC Debitare Laser together with Volunteer for Life began in Iraq, at the hospital in Mosul, when Ionuț Ursu came to the aid of Syrian refugees; then in Nepal where dental offices were established for the communities there; in Romania, in Neamț County where the same team established dental offices for children with autism; in Romania, at Siret customs, for the Mother and Child modular container project for war refugees from Ukraine; again in Nepal preparing together with RMC Debitare Laser packages with supplies for children; in Turkey alongside the victims of the great earthquake in Gaziantep; and today in Romania, in Bicaz, the small town that received a super-performing medical base.

We are happy to be partners with Volunteer for Life because we, RMC Debitare Laser,
believe in the relay of good deeds, and that is why in every community where the light of the
beautiful gesture has penetrated, good will bring with it other good.
RMC Debitare Laser is a long-term partner, which will continue to say YES!
to soul projects that ignite the flame of hope and that bring joy to people, where help is needed.
