We specialize in selecting welding procedures appropriate for the specific applications of the field in which our clients operate.

MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG processes are the processes used in RMC activity to produce welded assemblies.

NEW LASER WELDING  - fast and accurate

The WELDING team at RMC is made up of specialists in PRE-ASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLY, professional WELDING and FINISHING.

What materials do we weld? CARBON STEEL, ALUMINUM, STAINLESS STEEL

For professional data processing, please send the following:

  • the overall drawing which must be explicit and must contain all positional dimensions;

  • engraving the code on the part so that the identification of the parts after cutting/bending is easy to do so that the correct integration into the welded assembly can be done quickly;

  • * the following information, mandatory on every drawing: ASSEMBLY CODE, TYPE OF MATERIAL, TYPE OF WELDING SEAM/THICKNESS, NUMBER OF PARTS, OTHER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Please specify the materials and quantities specified for each one as well as your option regarding the supply of material (RMC material or provided by you).

In general, laser welding is ideal for applications that require extreme precision, high speed and superior seam quality. MIG/MAG welding is suitable for mass production, and TIG/WIG welding is excellent for applications that require a highly aesthetic seam.

RMC technical equipment for WELDING operations

FIMER BRAND EQUIPMENT (2019)
Welding is performed with state-of-the-art equipment from FIMER and ESAB.
This equipment is designed for MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG procedures.

The MIG/MAG procedure is mainly aimed at stainless steels and carbon steels. RMC welders weld MIG/MAG using the FIMMER KRONOS 500 inverter, which can provide quality weld seams, with solid wire, without spatter, for sheets starting from 0.5 mm to greater thicknesses.

The TIG/WIG procedure is especially aimed at aluminum and stainless steel materials. RMC welders use the FIMMER TT305 AC/DC inverter in this case.

ESAB EQUIPMENT (2020)
This equipment is intended for the production of welding seams for assemblies welded using the MIG/MAG process.

PROFESSIONAL WELDING TABLES (2019/2020)
The welded assemblies are processed on professional welding tables with modern fastening systems.

The working formats of welding tables are:
3000x1500mm
2000x1000mm

The use of these professional tables provides flatness to large welded assemblies.

Imagination is the limit. You design the project, we execute it with precision!
