To ensure accurate quotation and efficient production planning, please provide the following:
- A complete assembly drawing containing all required dimensions and positioning information.
- Laser marking of part identification codes to ensure fast and accurate identification of components after laser cutting and bending, simplifying final assembly.
- * the following information, mandatory on every drawing: ASSEMBLY CODE, TYPE OF MATERIAL, TYPE OF WELDING SEAM/THICKNESS, NUMBER OF PARTS, OTHER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Please specify the material, required quantity for each component, and your preferred material supply option (RMC-supplied or customer-supplied).
Laser welding is ideal for applications requiring exceptional precision, high production speeds, and superior weld quality. MIG/MAG welding is the preferred solution for high-volume production, while TIG/WIG welding is recommended for applications that require premium weld appearance and maximum precision.

FIMER BRAND EQUIPMENT (2019)
Our welding operations are carried out using state-of-the-art FIMER and ESAB equipment, designed for MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG welding processes.
The MIG/MAG process is primarily used for carbon steel and stainless steel. Our welders use the FIMER KRONOS 500 inverter to produce high-quality, low-spatter welds on sheet metal starting from 0.5 mm thickness and above.
The TIG/WIG process is primarily used for aluminum and stainless steel components. For these applications, our welders use the FIMER TT305 AC/DC inverter to achieve clean, precise, and aesthetically superior welds.
ESAB EQUIPMENT (2020)
This equipment is intended for the production of welding seams for assemblies welded using the MIG/MAG process.
PROFESSIONAL WELDING TABLES (2019/2020)
Welded assemblies are produced on professional welding tables equipped with modern clamping systems to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
