The full range of laser cutting services for tubes, metal sections and flat bars, namely 3D cutting, is carried out with the latest-generation TRUMPF equipment, which allows for the optimization of the work process, a wider range of execution possibilities and a variety of materials processed.

BEVEL CUT
 
Our tube cutting machine (TruLaser Tube 3000 fiber) from Trumpf is equipped with a bevel cut technology package for round-shaped tubes.

LASER COUNTERSINKING FOR THE HOLES CUT OUT IN THE TUBES

It involves the bevel cutting of the edges of the holes drilled in the body of a round or rectangular-shaped metal tube. This technique is used mainly for leveling screw heads.

2. the laser cut tube, for which the countersinking was done, can be easily integrated into any assembly with mechanical fasteners.
