We specialize in the selection of the welding processes corresponding to the specific applications of our customers’ fields of activity.

The MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG processes are used by RMC to produce welded assemblies.

The welding is performed with state-of-the-art FIMER and ESAB equipment.

RMC WELDING includes specialists in PRE-ASSEMBLY, ASSEMBLY, professional WELDING and FINISHING for STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINUM.

What materials do we weld?

CARBON STEEL, ALUMINIUM, STAINLESS STEEL

For a professional data processing, please send us the following:

* the general drawing, which must be explicit and mandatorily contain all position values;

* the marking of the code on the respective parts, so that their identification after cutting/bending be easy to do for their proper integration into the welded assembly;

* the following information, mandatory on every drawing: ASSEMBLY CODE, TYPE OF MATERIAL, TYPE OF WELDING SEAM/THICKNESS, NUMBER OF PARTS, OTHER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Please indicate the materials and quantities for each individual part, as well as your option in terms of material sourcing (RMC materials or supplied by the customer).

What equipment does RMC use for WELDING operations?

The welding is performed with state-of-the-art FIMER and ESAB equipment.

FIMER EQUIPMENT (2019)
This type of equipment is intended for MIG/MAG and TIG/WIG processes.

The MIG/MAG operation applies mainly to stainless steels and carbon steels. The MIG/MAG welding is done by the RMC welders using the FIMMER KRONOS 500 inverter, which can perform high-quality welding seams, with solid wires, without splashing, for flat sheets ranging from 0.5 mm to larger thicknesses.

The TIG/WIG operation applies mainly to aluminium and stainless steel. RMC welders use the FIMMER TT305 AC/DC inverter in this case.

ESAB EQUIPMENT (2020)

This equipment is intended for the production of welding seams for assemblies welded using the MIG/MAG process.

PROFESSIONAL WELDING TABLES (2019/2020)
The welded assemblies are processed on professional welding tables with modern fastening systems.

The working formats of the welding tables are:
3000x1500mm
2000x1000mm
The use of these professional tables provides flatness to large welded assemblies.

Imagination is the limit. You design the project, we put it into practice with maximum precision!
